Excellent location, easy walk into the City. Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Lovely quality bedlinen and towels, would recommend and will stay again when visiting Lincoln

We really enjoyed staying in 3B, it was cosy, just the right size and very nicely decorated. The only thoughts we had were that the bin could have been bigger in the kitchen and the mirror in the bathroom could have been bigger, and a bit lower for some of use who are a tad short. Overall really enjoyable.

Great set up - will definately stay again - good location and friendly welcome. Just needed an ashtray outside as a smoker but that is the only criticism if any. Will see you soon. Rick Crawford

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tennyson Street - fabulous cottage with everything we could need to hand. Well stocked kitchen, nice size of open plan ground floor. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for a nice shower. Slightly smaller bathroom than we might have liked, but not a major problem. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lincoln

Well equiped, clean accommodation. Very quiet, set in an enclosed courtyard with private parking - essential in Lincoln. About a 15 minute walk to the centre with shops and a choice of restaurants. All very convenient and would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at tennyson court,accomodation was very good and the owner very helpful. The welcome pack of mulled wine and biscuits was a very nice touch, I would recommend this place for a stay in Lincoln and would definately book there again.
