Great set up - will definately stay again - good location and friendly welcome. Just needed an ashtray outside as a smoker but that is the only criticism if any. Will see you soon. Rick Crawford

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tennyson Street - fabulous cottage with everything we could need to hand. Well stocked kitchen, nice size of open plan ground floor. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for a nice shower. Slightly smaller bathroom than we might have liked, but not a major problem. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lincoln

Well equiped, clean accommodation. Very quiet, set in an enclosed courtyard with private parking - essential in Lincoln. About a 15 minute walk to the centre with shops and a choice of restaurants. All very convenient and would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at tennyson court,accomodation was very good and the owner very helpful. The welcome pack of mulled wine and biscuits was a very nice touch, I would recommend this place for a stay in Lincoln and would definately book there again.

perfect for a stay in Lincoln with your family. Not too expensive, near from the heart of the town, you can park your car and go by foot to visit the town.Simple but nice

we read a lot of negative comments after booking the cottage but on arrival we were very surprised at how nice it was from my point of view the shower was small but i am a big man so did not surprise me given the space the other problem was the heating would not work for us and no instructions were there but would stay again though the second bedroom would have to be a really small person as the bed was so small but overall great place to stay easy access secure parking was very happy

Was a lovely place to stay - very central and easy to get to anywhere in Lincoln. If you are looking for good self contained accommodation then you cant go wrong with Tennyson Court.
